Project Overview

Designed and developed a multi-kitchen restaurant management platform that streamlines restaurant operations through dedicated dashboards for administrators, restaurant locations, and kitchen staff. The platform provides centralized management of products, inventory, kitchens, locations, and the complete order lifecycle.

A key part of the platform is its real-time order management system, powered by Laravel WebSocket's and event broadcasting. New orders are instantly delivered to kitchen dashboards without requiring manual page refreshes, allowing kitchen staff to respond quickly and keep order processing up to date.

The platform also includes employee and location-based operations, product and inventory management, order tracking, business analytics, and exportable reports, providing a centralized solution for managing day-to-day restaurant activities.

My Responsibilities
